I’m doing the Coach Jenny 2014 Holiday Challenge which starts tomorrow 11/18! Essentially, I’m striving to make realistic goals during the holiday season (an onwards).
My goal this week (11/18-11/24): 15 miles
Plan:
- Monday Zumba 60 min = 6 miles
- Tuesday run 4 miles
- Wednesday run club 4 miles
- Thursday yoga 60 min = 6 miles
- Friday run 3miles
- Saturday rest
- Sunday long run 7 miles
Now that I look at my plan for the week, I maybe overreaching it a bit. I hope to get at least my 15 miles in, more would be pretty awesome.
