Holiday Challenge 2014

I’m doing the Coach Jenny 2014 Holiday Challenge which starts tomorrow 11/18! Essentially, I’m striving to make realistic goals during the holiday season (an onwards).

My goal this week (11/18-11/24): 15 miles


  • Monday Zumba 60 min = 6 miles
  • Tuesday run 4 miles
  • Wednesday run club 4 miles
  • Thursday yoga 60 min = 6 miles
  • Friday run 3miles
  • Saturday rest
  • Sunday long run 7 miles

Now that I look at my plan for the week, I maybe overreaching it a bit. I hope to get at least my 15 miles in, more would be pretty awesome.
