Holiday Challenge 2014: Week 1

Week 1 Plan & Accomplishments:

  • Monday 11/18 Zumba 60 min = 6 miles
  • Tuesday 11/19 run 4 miles
  • Wednesday 11/20 run club 4 miles
  • Thursday 11/21 yoga 60 min = 6 miles
  • Friday 11/22 run 3miles
  • Saturday 11/23 rest
  • Sunday 11/24 long run 7 miles  8 miles!

I passed my goal by 3 miles!  Week 1 total:  18/15 miles

Week 2 Plan:

  • Monday, 11/25: rest
  • Tuesday, 11/26:  Dance Jam Cardio 60 min = 6 miles
  • Wednesday, 11/27:  Run Club 4 miles
  • Thursday, 11/28:  Thanksgiving!
  • Friday, 11/29:  4 miles
  • Saturday, 11/30:  Rest
  • Sunday, 12/1:  6-8 miles

Week 2 Goal:  20 miles

I’m trying to give myself some breathing room because of the holidays!
