Holiday Challenge 2014: Week 2

Week 2 Plan:

  • Monday, 11/25: rest
  • Tuesday, 11/26:  Dance Jam Cardio 60 min = 6 miles
  • Wednesday, 11/27:  Run Club 4 miles in the neighborhood
  • Thursday, 11/28:  Thanksgiving!
  • Friday, 11/29:  4 miles
  • Saturday, 11/30:  Rest
  • Sunday, 12/1:  6-8 miles along the Paseo Trail

Week 2 Total:  20 22 miles

Week 3 plan:

  • Monday, 12/2: rest
  • Tuesday, 12/3: run 4
  • Wednesday, 12/4: run club 4
  • Thursday, 12/5: cross train/strength train
  • Friday, 12/6: run 2
  • Saturday, 12/7: rest
  • Sunday, 12/8: hot chocolate 15k
  • Week 2 goal: 20 miles
