I was sick last week, so I was only able to complete 13/20 miles. Nine of those miles were at the Hot Chocolate 15k (post coming up!). In my 2 running miles of last week, I was able to mark off another 3 items in my RunChatHunt. Yay!
Week 4 goal 20 miles (15 running miles and 5 strength). We’ll see how it goes!
