I didn’t get off my glute/priformis to finish off the #100miles for the month of July. Yeah, I was injured. Yeah, it stinks. And I really felt like I was just getting back into the groove.
While I didn’t get much running in, I realized that I missed swimming and I started getting into a strength training mindset.
I also rekindled my love of yoga!
The last days of summer were filled active and quiet moments.
