Monday: Swim/Yoga – swim 45 min; I’m working on my endurance for the upcoming indoor tri. 60 yd laps & Swam 200 yds in 5:11 (twice!)
Tuesday: 4 miles Errands and projects got in the way of working out today! 😦
Wednesday: run club/dawn patrol – 3.76 miles, jump squats and lunges & 15 min of swimming (50m laps and working on breathing)
Thursday: Turkey day run – 5 miles at dawn!
Friday: Yoga (one mile run!) Strep Throat 😦 So much for starting the #RWRunStreak.
Saturday: Cadence/Bosa Donut run. No donuts for me!
Sunday: 9-10 miles more rest
