This week: Dec 15 rest, recover, maintain

Last week’s plan:

Monday: swim/yoga life happens and you don’t get to swim.
Tuesday: 3 miles/swim — Yay for Recovery Swim! (3 or 4) 

Wednesday: run club/dawn patrol/swim — Yay for a run! (3.25) 

Thursday: 4 miles
Saturday: bike
Sunday:  Fiesta Bowl Half (Goal A:  Do intervals (4min run/1 min walk).  Don’t chase a number!  Have fun!):  Spoiler alert — I did the intervals and I met my goal time!  (13.1)

Planned: 20 miles

Holiday Sweat:  19.1/20

Holiday Challenge: 20 .1/20
