It’s been a little while since I’ve posted a Week in Review, so I’m trying to get back into the habit!
Monday – I spent the day recovering from the Tri for the Cure. That sprint Tri wore me out. The hubby and I are sharing a new toy! The Garmin Fenix 3.
Tuesday – barbell
Wednesday – masters swim
Thursday – a run! Finally a run!
Friday – a swim in the outside pool!
Saturday – rest
Sunday – another short swim since I’m addicted!
What I’m proud of
My improvements in swimming. My technique is feeling much better and I’m building my endurance.
Where I’m struggling
Working my run and bikes into my schedule.
What I’m working towards this week
Watching our diet and making sure that I’m not going through the drive thru! And after the post race lull, I’m gearing up for the EspritdeShe Tempe Tri. Right now I’m doing the super sprint, but I’m thinking about movng up to the Sprint distance! Eeeee! We’ll see how next week’s open water swim goes.
