Warm up:  200m free

Main Set:

  1. 200m as fast as you can 
  2. 4x 25m sprint (10 sec rest)
  3. 300m as fast as you can
  4. 4x 25m sprint (10 sec rest)
  5. 400m as fast as you can
  6. 4x 25m sprint (10 sec rest)
  7. 500m pull
  8. 4x 25m sprint (10 sec rest)

Cool down:  200 free

I made it through #4, but I also did 6x25s in #2.
