We’re already into April, and I’m just articulating my 2019 goals here. Initially, my goals were to make it through my races in Jan and Feb. In January, I was able to successfully pace the 2:40 group at the She Power Half in Chandler.
I #earnedthebird at Phoenix Half in February.
I listened to my head and my heart for my first DNS in a long while…
I got myself put back together and I was able to do a race with the family!
Now that those races are done, I’m focused on strength training at Burn Boot Camp and triathlon training! I’m coming for you Cactus Man Sprint!

- Tour de Tucson Century (Wait, did I say that outloud?)
